About Us

A small family farm on Eigg Road — just getting started.

Diraddo Farm is our family’s farm near Alexandria, Ontario. We’re a small operation still finding our rhythm — not a long-established market garden, just people who wanted to raise food closer to home and share a little of it with the neighbourhood.

What we’re doing now

Most days you’ll find us focused on our free-range hens and the eggs they give us — mixed shells in blues, olives, and browns, packed for the roadside stand when we have them. We also put out seasonal produce and other farm goods as we can grow or put up enough to share. What’s available changes with the season and the week.

Visit the stand

When the stand is open, you’re welcome to stop by without an appointment. Selection varies, and we close when weather, holidays, or a quiet week call for it. Check the products page for what’s listed, or send us a note if you have a question.

Thanks for stopping by

We’re grateful for neighbours and visitors who support a small farm in its early years. If you see us around Eigg Road, wave — we’re usually not far from the coop or the stand.
